If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us to arrange for a refund or replacement. You must notify us within 10 business days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Customers have 10 business days from the date you accepted delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually shipped, damages due to shipping, and shipping error. All contents are weighed based on items inventoried. Yellowfin Industries® is not responsible for any of these problems after 10 business days.

Yellowfin Industries® is not responsible for errors on custom orders in which the customer provided inaccurate information such as misspelled names. We will however, make every attempt to expedite a re-order of the correct item.
